Halo Hybrid Fractional Resurfacing Laser

“#1 “Worth it” Facial Laser on RealSelf 2018”

HALO is the first hybrid fractional laser using both 1470 nm non-ablative and 2940 nm Er:YAG ablative laser wavelengths. Combining these two wavelengths creates a strong synergistic effect, resulting in ablative resurfacing results with non-ablative downtime. Makeup may be applied after just 24 hours and you can go back to work within a couple of days. Achieve amazing results in just 1-2 treatments!

Great for:

  • Wrinkles and fine lines

  • Texture

  • Scars, including acne scars

  • Reducing appearance of pore size

  • Sun damage

  • Pigmentation

  • Actinic Keratoses (precancers)

  • Giving your skin an amazing glow!

  •

You may receive an oral antiviral and an oral antibiotic starting one day prior to treatment to prevent cold sores and/or an acne outbreak. Topical numbing cream will be applied for one hour prior to treatment. The skin will be very hot for a few hours after the treatment. Cold compresses and mineral water spray may be applied to minimize discomfort. Redness and swelling is normal after treatment. Swelling may last 2-4 days. Redness may last for up to 7 days, depending on the intensity of the treatment. After care simply includes Cetaphil or Cerave cleanser and lotion and Benadryl for swelling as needed. You will notice Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris (MENDs) starting around day 2-3. MENDs are part of the healing process where treated tissue is working its way out of your body as new fresh skin is regenerated. During this time, your skin will look bronzed, will be very dry, and feel like sandpaper. The MENDs will completely peel off between days 4-8 and you will notice your skin looking fresh and glowing! Because the laser deep heats the skin to stimulate your body’s natural collagen production, you should notice continued improvement for 3 months after your HALO treatment!

Combine with BBL on the same day to dramatically improve reds, browns, and texture in one session!
